Quality
"Quality is not an act, it is a habit"
Many doctors and hospital owners fail to understand the significance of Accreditations and Quality standards. They take lightly the impact of such quality practices on patient safety and patient care.

Facility Audit
Hospital buildings have evolved over time with the rise in demand. However, some rules have not been updated to help hospitals stay valid. So, most times hospitals have been warned for violations and stringent actions have been taken against them. FLAB Healthcare shall evaluate your hospital buildings as per the National Building Code (NBC) and perform fire safety audits to ensure your hospital building is safe. Also, we perform system evaluation and third-party validation of your facility areas including electrical, HVAC, fire, medical oxygen, plumbing, medical gas plant and waste management system to ensure the systems are well within rules and at the same time functionally effective.
-
Compliance audit
Hospitals are required to comply with more than 50 statutory licenses and approvals to enable them to function. Some of these require monthly, annual and a long-term renewal. Most Hospital owners and doctors get lost in the chaos of keeping their licenses and approvals valid. FLAB Healthcare helps hospitals sort out this chaos and take away the burden of needing to manage renewals.

Capacity Building & Upskilling
With increasing costs for recruitment, it is only sensible that hospitals work towards building capacity and upskill their employees. Hospitals need to develop and strengthen the skills and abilities of their employees, thereby, increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the healthcare delivery system. This includes identifying the gaps in the capacity and developing a strategy to bridge the gaps. FLAB Healthcare has an extraordinary group of trainers who are experienced in identifying and bridging these gaps through training and capacity building.
